All members of the ski club received their club passes last week.  Passes include value passes which entitle members to four $10 sessions on any day once the resort opens.  Just a reminder, there is a replacement fee for lost cards. Please email Dr. Sobolewski if you have any questions.

DOG TREAT SALE GOING ON NOW ~ Great for Gifts! Stack of Bone Shaped Dog Treats Tied with Ribbon

Mrs. Emily Hilker and her class are sponsoring their yearly Dog Treat Sale for staff members and students at Leighton School.  After shopping for all the ingredients, the kids have been busy baking, decorating and bagging these homemade treats. The funds raised will be used for classroom field trips, activities and resources. A donation will also be made to Camp Sunshine! 

The treat sale runs from December 4 - 19, 2018.  If you would like to order dog treats, please call Ms. Hilker’s room at 330-954-2203 (9:10–10:00, 11:15-12:30, 1:30-3:15).  If you call at other times, you will be able to place an order, but an adult will take your information. Students LOVE to take orders, so please try to call within the windows of time listed above!  Email orders can be sent to ehilker@aurora-schools.org. Dog Treat Bags include:  Small bags $2.00; Large bags $4.00.  Please make checks payable to Aurora City Schools and thank you for your support.

AHS HOCKEY YOUTH RECOGNITION NIGHT ~ December 27, 2018 Aurora Hockey Player Cropped from the Chest Down

The AHS Hockey team would like to invite all Aurora players from Kindergarten to 8th grade to the Greenmen hockey game on December 27th at 7:00 p.m. at the The Pond which is the home rink. The team would like to recognize youth players in any youth sports program they are currently playing on.  The youth players will be introduced individually (name, current team, jersey number and position) during an intermission.  To sign up, click on the link below.

In accordance with the Aurora City School District’s Procedures for Emergency School Closing, the use of a delayed school opening may be utilized in the event of inclement weather.

Under the two-hour delay, the school day will be modified; however, the school day will end at the usual time.  To view the high school and middle school building’s delayed start class schedules, please click on the links below.
