Several Destination Imagination teams participate in Destination Imagination recently and they all did a fantastic job. Taking first place is the 8th grade team, "I Have No Idea". They will be going to State Championships in April. Please congratulate the following team members: Julia Cyronek, Madison Smith, Ryan Hartland, Natalie Briggs, Andrew Wells, Abby Jacobson, and Alex Gremlich. They build a structure of newspaper, glue, cardboard and duct tape that held over 700 lbs (which is all the weight they had available) and did a skit about a mystery. Also taking first place is the 8th grade team called, "Red-Eyed CIASquirrel Agents". The 8th grade team consists of Lexie Mehalis, Samantha Grohe, Olivia Grohe,Lydia Holman, Sarah Gang, Katie Gordon, and Natalie Picone. Please join us in wishing these kids well as they travel to States in April. Congratulations also goes out to team members who call themselves, "The Death Frisbeez of Awesome". Coming in second place, the team members are: 6th graders Anna Cyronek, Stephanie Hartland, Savannah Giganti, Sophia Roberto, Daphney Miller, and 7th graders Samantha Friedler and Katie Brogan.
