AURORA HIGH SCHOOL ORCHESTRA CONCERT ~ December 13, 2016 wreath

The Aurora High School Orchestra students will be performing in concert on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the auditorium.

EXCEL TECC SITE VISIT/OPEN HOUSE excel

The Excel TECC (Technical Education Career Consortium) located at Mayfield High School (6116 Wilson Mills Road, Mayfield) will be holding an Excel TECC Site Visit/Open House on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 for Northern Career Institute-Eastlake and on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 for other programs for students/parents to have a chance to see the non-Mayfield campus programs in their home environment.

AURORA BOREALIS 2017 YEARBOOK NOW ON SALE YEARBOOK

The 2017 Aurora Borealis yearbook is on sale now. Place your order by December 31, 2016 and save $10 off the $60 price. Seniors must purchase the mailed option to ensure that books are delivered and not forgotten once seniors graduate.  Books will be delivered in September 2017. 

Senior parents may also place orders for Senior Congratulatory ads.  This is a great time to personalize a message to your special senior.  Click on the "Buy a Yearbook Ad" link on the order page.

LEIGHTION DOG TREAT SALE GOING ON NOW ~ Great for Gifts treats

Emily Hilker and her class are sponsoring their yearly Dog Treat Sale for staff members and students at Leighton School.  The treat sale (they are homemade by the students) runs from December 5 until December 20, 2016. (Treats can be kept in the refrigerator or freezer) If you would like to order dog treats, please call 330-954-2203 (the direct line to Hilker’s classroom in Room 12 at LES).  Please try to call during these times: 

                    9:15-10:30, 11:00-11:30, 12:00-12:40 and 2:30-3:20

Aurora High School has earned the Ohio Department of Education’s Momentum Award 2016.  This award recognizes schools for earning A’s on every value-added measure on the 2015-2016 State Report Card.  Congratulations to the staff and students on this achievement.
