OHIO SCHOOL BOARD RECOGNITION MONTH 2026

The month of January 2026 has been proclaimed School Board Appreciation Month in Ohio.  The Aurora City School District (ACSD) is celebrating and thanking its board members for their dedication and commitment to the district and its students.

Our school board members play an indispensable role in shaping the educational landscape.  They are integral to the success of our school district as they make critical decisions that affect our students, educators and our community.

The ACSD would like to thank our Aurora Board of Education members, Pam Mehallis - President, Jennifer Klich - Vice President, Michael Acomb, Molly Schneider and Kate Fuller for their continued hard work, dedication and tireless efforts. Their invaluable gifts of leadership, vision, and caring have made the Aurora City Schools one of the top districts in the State of Ohio.
